Job
Purpose
This position supports the administration of
Human Resource policies and programmes, rules and regulations in the County for
effective performance and productivity
Qualifications
- Must be a Kenyan Citizen institution.
- Must be persons of 35 years of age and bellow.
- Must have graduated not less than 5 years ago.
- Must be a holder of Bachelors’ degree or Higher National
Diploma in any of the following; Human Resource Management or Business
Administration from a recognized institution of higher learning.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assisting in
implementing best- practice policies on human Resource matters and compliance
· Assisting
in providing guidance on the implementation of Human Resource Management
policies, rules and regulations for County Departments.
· Assisting in
ensuring maintenance of good industrial relations among employees, the
organizations and various county departments
· Assisting in the
Implementation of human resource services in areas of staff development and
capacity-building, preparing human resource departmental trainings induction,
job placement/deployments, promotion/re-designations, leave scheduling, leave
liability, retirements, employee welfare and benefits management.
· Any other duty as
assigned by the Director Human Resource Management from time to time.
