Job Overview: Our Sales & Marketing department is excited to
announce the search for a competent and experienced Marketing Executive.
The Marketing Executive will be
responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies and also
conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or other relevant area.
- Additional professional qualifications in Sales &
Marketing will be an added advantage
- Over 3 years progressive work experience in a similar
position working in a business-to business (B2B) and/or
business-to-consumer (B2C) businesses.
- Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship
Management Software.
- A result-driven and organized individual.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
environment.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Must exhibit oral & written proficiency in both English
& Kiswahili languages.
- Must be of unquestionable integrity
- Must be able to work under no supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of the company products, Industry &
market.
- Possession of a valid driving license
- Ability to work in a team environment as and when needed.
- Possess outstanding sales and marketing skills.
Role Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
- Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and
services.
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Working in collaboration with Media sources.
- Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the
company.
- Creating awareness of the products and services offered by
the company.
- Taking and analyzing feedback from the clients.
- Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.
- Searching for and creating new markets.
- Creating & developing new products.
- Develop & identify promotion strategies that work
alongside the company policy.
- Support the Sales Manager in implementation of all sales
& marketing strategies.
