Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the e-commerce company through the acquisition of new corporate clients.

This role will require a strong focus on prospecting and developing relationships with key decision-makers, as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships to drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new corporate clients through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct research on potential clients to understand their business needs and tailor sales pitches to meet their specific requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Conduct regular market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and trends.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the e-commerce company and its products and services.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of potential clients' needs, pain points, and budget constraints, and develop customized solutions that align with their objectives and budget.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and other terms and conditions with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, including emerging trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies and pitches.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with corporate clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, including client communications, sales pipeline, and revenue projections, using the company's CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
