An Officer in this position shall
perform duties and responsibilities such as
1. Installation and maintenance of
computer systems, configuration of local Area Network and wide area Network
2. Developing and updating of
computer systems, and caring out system analysis, design and program
specification in liaison with user.
3. Carrying out repair and
maintenance of ICT equipment and associated peripherals, drawing up hardware

Driving a vehicle as authorized,
carrying out routine checks on the vehicles cooling, oil, electrical and brake

accounting operations in an Accounting section. Work at this level will be
subjected to occasional checks rather than close supervision.
2. Work will involve verification of vouchers and
committal documents in accordance with laid down rules and regulations; data
capture, maintenance of primary records such as cashbooks, ledgers, vote books,
registers and preparation of simple management reports e.g. impress and
expenditure returns etc.
3. He/she will be responsible for the safe custody of
intuitional records and assets under him/her, analysis of the below the line
accounts and may be deployed as a cashier where duties will entail receiving
duly processed payments and receipt vouchers; writing cheques and posting
payments and receipt vouchers in the cash books; balancing and ruling of the
