The marketing manager is required to
increase Brand visibility, Activation and Public Relation. Increase Brand
through creating awareness and ensuring product presence in all marketing
platform, print media, social media, exhibitions, promotions, campaigns,
messaging and loyalty- fidelity guarantees among others.
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Accomplish marketing and sales human
resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning,
scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job
expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job
contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies
and procedures.

Achieve marketing and sales
operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and
recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action
plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service
standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining
system improvements; implementing change.

Meet marketing and sales financial
objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling
expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Determine annual and gross-profit
plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting
expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing
trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling
prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

Accomplish marketing and sales
objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising,
merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action
plans.

competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business;

The Sales and Distribution Manager is required are
required to sell the company’s products and services to individuals, businesses
and government organizations.
Sales may be domestic, international, or a combination of
both, as well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new
business.
Always strive to maintain good relationships with existing
clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
At all times operate within business to business (B2B) or
business to customer or consumer (B2C).
Duties and Responsibilities
As a sales executive, you’ll need to:
B2B sales

Build good working relationships

Understand the needs of your business
customers

Research the market and related
products
·
Present the product or service
favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
B2C sales
·
Listen to customer requirements and
presenting appropriately to make a sale

Maintain and develop relationships

Cold call to arrange meetings with
potential customers to prospect for new business

Respond to incoming email and phone
enquiries
·
Act as a contact between a company
and its existing and potential markets
