Marketing and Social Media Officer (Fashion)

Location: Ngong road, Nairobi
Our client, a multi-functional apparel company, is recruiting a Marketing & Social Media Officer to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing
·         Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

·         Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
·         Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts the company’s target groups
·         Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
·         Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
·         Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Social Media
·         Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
·         Set specific objectives and report on ROI
·         Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
·         Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
·         Collaborate with other teams, like customer service to ensure brand consistency
·         Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
·         Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Key Requirements & Qualifications
·         Degree/Diploma in Marketing or relevant field
·         Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office
·         Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
·         Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Production and Store Supervisor (Fashion)

Our client, a multi-functional apparel company, is recruiting a Production and Store Supervisor to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Production Supervision
·         Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
·         Monitor production to resolve issues
·         Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (tailors, workers etc.)
·         Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
·         Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
·         Ensure output meets quality standards
·         Enforce health and safety precautions
Store Management
·         Develop business strategies to raise pool of customers, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
·         Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
·         Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
·         Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
·         Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
·         Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
·         Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
·         Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Key Requirements & Qualifications
·         Degree/Diploma
·         Proven experience in production supervision, retail management or relevant field
·         Excellent organizational and leadership skills
·         Attention to detail
·         Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
