We are looking to fill the position
of Accountant.
Scope: Financial
Reporting; Bookkeeping; Financial Policy & Processes Design
Responsibilities:
·
Preparation of respective monthly
financial reports.
·
Develop, maintain and analyze
budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual
costs.
·
Assist in designing the necessary
finance processes and policies.
·
Monitoring monthly revenues and
expenses and where applicable ensure that they are accrued or posted in the
correct accounting period.
·
Reconciliation of ledger accounts.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,
Finance and Accounting or a related field.
·
Must be a CPA (K)
·
At least five (5) years’ progressive
experience in Finance.
·
Working Knowledge in the use of Sage
Pastel is a must.
·
Working knowledge of iTax
·
General Accounting knowledge (GL, AP,
AR e.t.c)
·
Advanced Excel skills.

We are looking to fill in the position of Front Office & Administration Officer.
Responsibilities:
·
Manage incoming correspondence –
phone calls, emails etc.
·
Act as a first point of contact for
the company and provide customers/visitors with information on the company’s
services.
·
Ensure the office is cleaned every
day before the start of business.
·
Ensure effective management and
supervision of the support staff team – Office Assistants, Drivers, Guards etc.
·
Coordinate the maintenance of office
equipment.
Qualifications:
·
Diploma in Front Office
Administration or any other business-related field.
·
At least two (2) years’ experience in
a similar role.
·
Excellent customer service and
interpersonal skills.
·
Attention to detail, problem solving
skills and ability to meet deadlines.
·
Proficient communicator at all levels
both verbal and written.
·
Excellent computer skills.
We are looking to fill in the position of Customer Service Agent.
Scope: Customer
Education & Support; Reporting
Responsibilities:
·
Provide customer education on the
company’s products & services.
·
Ensure maintenance of the brand
experience.
·
Undertake customer care, help &
support activities.
·
Prepare customer reports and maintain
accurate records of the same.
·
Undertake online platforms
monitoring.
·
Provide effective & efficient
service to customers across all media.
Qualifications:
·
Diploma in Customer Service or a
Business-related field.
·
At least two (2) years’ experience in
a similar role.
·
Excellent interpersonal skills.
·
Effective communication skills both
oral and written.
·
Good problem-solving skills with the
ability to multitask.
