Officer
Remuneration: 150k gross
Job brief: We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit,
support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
You will be responsible for
administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place
to work.

Responsibilities:
·
Support the development and
implementation of HR initiatives and systems
·
Provide counseling on policies and
procedures
·
Be actively involved in recruitment
by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
·
Create and implement effective
onboarding plans
·
Develop training and development
programs
·
Assist in performance management
processes
·
Support the management of disciplinary
and grievance issues
·
Maintain employee records
(attendance, e.t.c.) according to policy and legal requirements
·
Review employment and working
conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements:
·
5-7 years’ proven experience as HR
officer, administrator or other HR position
·
Knowledge of HR functions (pay &
benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
·
Understanding of labor laws and
disciplinary procedures
·
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of
HRMS is a plus
·
Outstanding organizational and time-management
abilities
·
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
·
Problem-solving and decision-making
aptitude
·
Strong ethics and reliability
·
BSc/BA in business administration,
social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
·
HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR
Certification Institute)

Job Brief: The
ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also
being very perceptive and disciplined.
You
should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
A
customer-oriented approach is essential.
The
goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our
premises.
Responsibilities:

Keep front desk tidy and presentable
with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
·
Greet and welcome guests
·
Answer questions and address
complaints
·
Answer all incoming calls and
redirect them or keep messages
·
Receive letters, packages etc. and
distribute them
·
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting
correspondence, securing parcels etc.
·
Check, sort and forward emails
·
Monitor office supplies and place
orders when necessary
·
Keep updated records and files
·
Monitor office expenses and costs
·
Take up other duties as assigned
(travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements:
·
3-5 years’ proven experience as front
desk representative, agent or relevant position
·
Familiarity with office machines
(e.g. fax, printer etc.)
·
Knowledge of office management and
basic bookkeeping
·
Proficient in English (oral and
written)
·
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
(especially Excel and Word)
·
Strong communication and people
skills
·
Good organizational and multi-tasking
abilities
·
Problem-solving skills
·
Customer service orientation
·
High School diploma; additional
qualifications will be a plus
