Finance Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for efficiently and effectively coordinating the financial functions of the company and to ensure the integrity of accounting information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
·         Providing regular financial forecasts to management
·         Maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.

·         Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
·         Summarizing financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
·         Produce payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
·         To ensure there is comply with legal requirements.
·         Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Required/preferred qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university.
·         CPA – K professional qualification.
·         At least 6 years progressively responsible experience in the accounting or related field.
·         Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles.
·         Strong analytical and accounting skills.
·         Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Quick Books or other similar programs.
·         Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
·         The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Meeting with customers in a sales department to drive product sales and knowledge
·         Makes sales appointments with clients
·         Teams with other employees to make sure that product is available
·         Generating new leads by meeting with consumers
·         Following up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product
·         Good understanding of how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
·         Marketing and selling though the internet
·         Ability to work with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
·         Teaching other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
·         Discovering target markets and advantages of other companies
·         Should demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
·         Should always look for new ways to make products attractive to customers
·         Should able to meet set sales targets
Required minimum qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
·         3 years proven work experience in sales and marketing
·         In-depth knowledge of sales process
·         Ability to gather and interpret data
·         Good Organizational and analytical skills
·         Excellent Communication skills
·         Good report writing skills

Procurement Officer:
Job brief
We are hiring a Procurement Officer to be in charge of our company’s day-to-day procurement operations. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels. For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Research potential vendors
·         Undertaking price or cost analysis before committing purchases
·         Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
·         Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
·         Track orders and ensure timely delivery
·         Review quality of purchased products
·         Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
·         Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
·         Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
·         Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
·         Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Required minimum qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in, Purchasing and Supplies, Business Administration or related courses from a recognized University
·         Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies or Advanced Certificate in Purchasing & Supplies or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification.
·         At least three (3) years relevant experience
·         Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems
·         Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
·         Accurate, precise attention to detail and an effective team player
·         Good time management skills and ability to make independent and objective decisions
