M&E Officer (1 Position)

Responsibilities
The Design Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation, learning, accountability and information management systems. S/he will work closely with the Operation manager and other managers from Head Office and Community Development Projects and implementation teams to ensure effective MEL practices are applied throughout the project period, and specifically provide technical leadership on related activities such as assessments, evaluations, learning events and the inter-agency accountability system.
Monitoring and Evaluation
·         Designing and setting up of internal M&E System
·         Support the Head of operations in planning and implementing key Inception Phase activities, conducting revisions to the logical frameworks as needed
·         Support the Operations manager, Country director and organization field teams in active implementation of their M&E plans, ensure M&E plans are up-dated timely and M&E findings for all projects are included in all reports.

·         Lead regular sharing of the outputs and the M&E findings with project staff across the organization, working closely with the technical leads from each all CDPs and stakeholders

·         Participate in project Kick-off meetings, review meetings and Close-out meeting in order to highlight components aimed at replicating good practices and strengthening synergies between activities, partners and other interventions in the areas covered by Kenya Good Neighbors.
·         Regularly present key M&E findings to the Country Director, Managing director, Operations manager, Project Steering Committee, Technical Working Group and others for further development.

Dairy Project General Manager (1 Position)

This position provides administrative and technical guidance to the operation of the Kajiado Dairy Project which is funded by KOICA (Korean Government). The Mission of the Dairy Project is to provide research, teaching and service support for communities living in Kajiado County. The duties and responsibilities of this position include management and coordination of all the operations of the Kenya Dairy Income

·         Preparing livestock production information;
·         Providing technical advice in animal production, livestock marketing, range management and ranching;

Bisil Project IG Income Generation Officer (1 Position)

Responsibilities
Develop income generation programs for households:
·         Research and design household income generation activities appropriate with actual situation of the project area;
·         Mobilize and register income generation groups (IGGs) and co-operatives as basic units for project implementation
·         Promote and develop operations in collaboration with local partners and stakeholders for income generation in the project areas
Facilitate implementation of income generation activities:
·         Carry out survey to establish new IGGs and co-operatives in project area
·         Support IGGs, cooperatives to develop strong constitutions, operational structures and cost effective business plans
·         Guide registration procedures, document preparation of newly registered IGGs and co-operatives
·         Regularly monitor and supervise operations of all IGGs, cooperatives; Collect feedback and check information received, support and promote activities of the IGGs

Responsibilities
·         To manage collection of milk from dairy farmers
·         To oversee movement of raw milk from the farm to the factory
·         Visit milk collection centers and sensitize farmers on quality and price of raw milk.

·         Set up systems of milk purchasing & inventory management
