Supply Chain Management Officer II
Job Group ‘J’
Ref: LCASB/1/18
Duties and Responsibilities
An officer at this level will perform a variety of Supply Chain Management duties under the guidance of a more senior and experienced officer. He/She will be answerable to the Head of Procurement Department.

Specific duties and responsibilities will entail
·         warehousing;
·         distribution management;
·         fleet management;
·         disposal of stores and equipment;
·         procurement; market surveys;
·         inventory and stock control, in accordance with the laid down regulations and procedures.
Requirement for Appointment
A candidate must have;
¡) Be a Kenyan citizen
ii) a Bachelors Degree in any of the following;- Commerce, Business Administration (Supplies Management Option), Economics, Procurement and Supplies Management, Marketing or their equivalent from a recognized Institution.
iii) a certificate in Computer Applications.
iv) Must be a member of KISM
v) Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience

i) Good knowledge in the professional field of specialization
ii) Good communication skills
iii) Ability to take instructions
iv) Good organizational and supervisory skills
v) Team playing skills
vi) Accuracy
vii) Care for resources

viii) Analytical skills

Finance Officer II
Job Group “L”
Job Ref: LCASB/2/18
Duties and Responsibilities
An officer at this level will perform duties under the guidance of a more senior and experienced officer.
He/She will be answerable to the Head of Finance Department.
Specific duties and responsibilities will entail:
·         Gathering, compiling and analyzing information on commitment and expenditure trends and initiating corrective action as may be required;
·         Compiling information required on budget monitoring and expenditure control including expenditures on salaries and allowances;
·         Initial processing of reallocations within the budget.
Requirement for Appointment
A candidate must have;
Be a Kenyan citizen
i) a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following;- Finance and Economics.
ii) A Certificate in Computer Applications.
iii) Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience

i) Organizational, managerial and administrative skills
ii) Positive working attitude and ability to give and take instructions
iii) Ability to work with minimum supervision
