Purpose: The Marketing Manager is responsible to manager all marketing
and brand positioning activities of the company in line with our Tuskys
Strategy. The job holder will lead a team of professionals in the marketing
department to ensure that efforts are directed towards achieving corporate
goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
·
Overall responsibility for brand
management and corporate identity
·
Developing the marketing strategy,
prepare a core brand message for the company in line with business objectives.
·
Develop for approval and oversee the
company’s marketing budget.
·
Develop market entry strategies for
new stores and co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities in
existing stores.
·
Manage and improve lead generation
campaigns, measuring results as well as planning and implementing promotional
campaigns.
·
Preparing online and print marketing
campaigns as well as creation and publication all marketing material in line
with marketing plans.
·
Creating a wide range of different
marketing materials and apply these into all aspects of media and monitor and
report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
·
Working closely with design agencies
and other external partners in outsourced marketing activities.
·
Make regular contact with all major
industry magazines and digital media sources to supply any required promotional
material.
·
Oversee market research for strategic
business growth and consolidate information relevant to new Store launches.
·
Maintain effective internal
communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed
of marketing objectives.
·
Analyzing potential strategic partner
relationships for company marketing.
Person Specifications
Academic Qualifications
·
A degree in marketing from a
recognized university.
·
MBA in Marketing will be an added
advantage.
Professional Qualifications
·
Must be a member of The Chartered
Institute of Marketing (CIM)
Experience
·
At least 5 years relevant experience
in a senior marketing position.
Skills and Competencies:
·
Must be well versed with dynamics of
the retail industry.
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills
·
Team player and strong leadership and

Ability to work under pressure and

Job Vacancy: Butchery Manager
Purpose: Responsible
for managing the Butchery’s Functions In Line With the Organization’s
Operations and obtaining profitable results through the butchery team by
developing them through motivation, counselling, skills development and product
knowledge development.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Produce Gross Margins by Ensuring
compliance with all agreed sales targets and Gross Profit through Control of
all expenses according to budget
·
Negotiate with representatives from
supply companies to determine order details.
·
Stock control – Estimate requirements
and order or requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories and ensure
quality of raw materials are purchased.
·
Ranging & Costing Of All Products
and Knowledge Of Block Test And Cuts Of Meat.
·
Continuously provide reports on
classification and grading of carcasses as per industry and market
·
Develop And Implement New meat
Products.
·
Manage The Butchery’s Functions In
Line With The Organization’s Operations
·
Management of butchery staff through
optimal staffing, Training and mentoring.
·
Ensure compliance of operations with
relevant food safety legislation a, labor legislation, health and hygiene-HACCP
·
Coordinate periodic stock takes in
the stores.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or
related field.
Professional Qualifications
·
Diploma in food production.
Experience
·
5 year in bakery industry
·
Experience supervising and managing
staff in a food service or retail setting

Job Vacancy: Deli Manager
Purpose: Ensure
success of delis and demonstrate passion for food through recipe development
and excellent customer service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Formulate recipes and do costing.
·
Train staff recipes and quality
production
·
Train staff on food handling
processes and procedures.
·
Train staff on retail food safety and
hygiene.
·
Ensure profit and loss control
measures are in place.
·
Develop supplier specifications on
the delivery of the raw products to be used in the production process.
·
Come up with strategies to further
improve and ensure profitability
·
Monitoring stock rotation together
with the storage standards of dry goods, meats, fish, vegetables and other
fresh produce.

Develop, monitor and ensure daily
production and sales target are achieved.

Develop sales promotion programs to

well as equipment performance
