Our investments are in real estate and private equity. Real estate investments are made through our development affiliate, Cytonn Real Estate, where we currently have over Kshs. 82 billion (USD 820 mn) of projects under mandate across ten projects. Our financial services investments in Sub Saharan Africa are made
through our Cytonn Financial Services Fund (CFSF) through which we are the 5th

IT Network Engineer

The Network Engineer is responsible for the implementation,
enhancement, and troubleshooting of the Cytonn network infrastructure. The
ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical skills with routing and
firewall operations while maintaining a mind-set for high security. Maintenance
and implementation of WAN technologies will be routine.
Applicants who are highly motivated, organized and capable to work
with distributed teams, while also able to manage projects independently are
highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
·
Establish the networking environment by designing system
configuration, defining system installation, documenting and enforcing
networking system standards.
·
Design and implement new solutions as well as improve resilience
of the current network environment
·
Maximize network performance by monitoring performance,
troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and
collaborating with network architects on network optimization
·
Undertake data network fault investigations in both our local and
wide area network environments using information from multiple sources
·
Secure network systems by defining, establishing, enforcing
policies, and monitoring access to the network.

Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT
security policy
·
Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing
information and managing projects
·
Perform regular upgrades on data network equipment to the latest
stable firmware releases

Requirements

Must be CCNP certified
·
