:
Hospital Manager –
1 Position
Based at the Hurlingham unit and
reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for
providing leadership and driving business in line with the Hospital business
objectives.
In addition this position will ensure
day to day operations and quality service delivery.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 3-5 years in a busy
hospital environment. Masters qualification will be an added advantage.
The position demands active knowledge
and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as
well as active application of Information Systems and Health Care Management.
In addition the successful candidate must have experience managing a healthcare
facility.
Talent Development Officer (1
Position)
Based at the Corporate Office and
reporting to the Performance and Capability Development Manager, this position
will support the administration and implementation of performance management,
talent development and learning strategies, policies, processes and procedures
to achieve organizational objectives and support implementation of initiatives
for continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Degree in HR or any other Business related field and a Higher National Diploma
in HR. In addition they must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a
similar position.
Imaging Services In Charge –
1 Position
Based in the Adams Unit and reporting
to the Hospital Manager, with a matrix reporting to the Imaging Services
Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating
the activities in Imaging Department while ensuring availability of the
services/equipments, cost and stock control and superior customer service.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences and a Higher National Diploma in Ultrasound
and must have a valid license from the Radiation Board.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service. The
successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with
experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.
Medical Records Services In Charge –
1 Position
Based at the Kitengela Branch and
reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning,
organizing and coordinating all activities in the Medical Records Department
while ensuring accurate capture, analysis, storage and retrieval of medical
records and superior customer service.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Health Records Management. The position requires active knowledge
and experience in People Management and Customer service.
The successful candidate must have
experience in a busy hospital environment with experience of a minimum of 3
years in a similar position leading a team.
Hotel Services Supervisor –
1 Position
Based at the Adams Branch and
reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning,
organizing and coordinating all activities in the department while delivering
high quality, cost effective and timely provision of housekeeping, cafeteria
and laundry services within the unit.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent from a recognized institution. The
position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and
Customer Service. The successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in
a similar position leading a team of staff.
Radiographer –
1 Position
Reporting to the Imaging Services in
Charge this position will be responsible for provision of quality and accurate
diagnostic imaging procedures (i.e. x-rays, ultra sound and other procedures)
in line with the hospital policies and procedures.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences with valid registration with the Radiation
Protection Board of Kenya.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 1 years working experience in a similar position in a busy hospital
environment
MULTIPLE OPENINGS IN NAIVASHA
We anticipate multiple exciting
opportunities, and invite applications for the following positions for our soon
to open Naivasha facility.
Supervisory Positions
Reporting to the Hospital Manager,
with a dotted line reporting relationship to their respective technical
services managers (Nursing, Medical Services, Laboratory); these positions are
responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating work within their
departments.
In addition, they will have
responsibility for ensuring consistency and achievement of high clinical
standards, while upholding the highest professional standards and ensuring
excellent customer service and achievement of revenue targets through effective
management of people.
Qualified applicants should have a
minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position, in a busy hospital
environment.
Position and Minimum Qualifications
Nursing Officer in Charge: Diploma in Nursing (Preferably KRCHN), Certification in BLS,
ACLS, ATLS and valid licensing with Nursing Council of Kenya.
Clinical Services in Charge: Diploma in Clinical Medicine, Certification in BLS, ACLS,
ATLS and valid licensing with Clinical Officers Council.
Laboratory Services in Charge: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Certification in
BLS, ACLS, ATLS and valid licensing with KMLTTB.
Clinical Officers –
2 Positions
Reporting to the Clinical Services in
Charge, this position will be responsible for providing superior interventional
and preventative medical care.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Clinical Medicine, valid certification in BLS, registration and
annual licences from COC, with a minimum 3 years’ experience working in a busy
hospital environment.
Nurses –
Multiple Positions
Reporting to the Section In Charge,
this position is responsible for provision of high quality nursing care within
a section.
Applicants must be in possession of
nursing qualification at Diploma level, with valid certification in BLS, ACLS
or ATLS and a minimum of 1 year post-graduation working experience in a busy
hospital setting. .
Pharmaceutical Technologists –
2 Positions
Reporting to the Pharmacy Services in
Charge, this position will be responsible for receiving and filling
prescription requests as per company policies and procedures.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology and a valid license with the KPPB, with a
minimum of 1 year post registration experience in a busy hospital environment.
Laboratory Technologists –
2 Positions
Reporting to the Laboratory Services
in Charge, this position will be responsible for collecting and testing of
patient specimens and generating accurate reports to support treatment.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences and a valid license with the KMLTTB,
with minimum 1 year post qualification experience of in a busy hospital
environment.
Cashiers –
2 Positions
Reporting to the Accounts Assistant,
this position will be responsible for collecting, verifying, recording and
safeguarding all company revenue- cash and credit.
Applicants must be in possession of a
certificate in accounting (KATC) and or CPA Section 2 qualifications, with
minimum 1 year post qualification experience of in a busy hospital environment.
