Receptionist Internship

Our client in the construction company is looking to hire a receptionist who will responsible for providing execellent customer service.

Responsibilities

·         Man the front office
·         Attend to visitor in time.

·         Respond to customer queries
·         Maintain files, materials, information, schedules and related data
·         Maintains office hygiene
·         Attend tender meeting and pitch.
·         Perform Sales and Marketing tasks on request.

Qualifications 

·         Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant field
·         Previous experience experience in Online Marketing and Public relation will be an added advantage
·         Smart, presentable , confident and a good communicator
·         An organized approach and excellent time management skills
·         To be available immediately
Period: 3 months with possible extension
Transport and Lunch Allowance will be provided
