Store Keeper Job in Kenya

Our Client in the real Estate industry is urgently seeking to recruit a storekeeper to join their dedicated team in Nairobi.

Job Salary: 25K - 35K

Job Location: Nairobi.

Job Responsibilities:

·                     Develop, Implement and enhance the stores structures and procedures.
·                     To Monitor, control & supervise the purchase / store activities located in site location.
·                     Maintain the stores activity as per standards
·                     Record Inventory status
·                     Preparation of Purchase Order.
·                     Knowledge of Raw material, cost & availability.
·                     Responsible for providing details to Store team & coordinating with them for the procurement of the materials and timely delivery at site.
·                     Checking , Local Purchasing , Ledger Maintain , Checking Material which comes at Site.
·                     Co-Ordinate With Project Manager & Purchase Dept.
·                     Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
·                     Maintain accuracy between actual stock balance and record in the system.
·                     Conducting and preparation of weekly Stock taking, stock reports and reconciliation
·                     Prepare requisition documents for supplies and make orders.
·                     Keep supervision of all stuff been offloaded and dispatched
Qualifications and Skills:
·                     Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies.
·                     Minimum of  3 years’ experience.
·                     Have experience using  inventory software.
·                     Quality cautious and keen on detail
·                     Good planning and organizational skills
·                     Good communication skills both written and spoken
