Manager - HR Planning,
Recruitment and Strategy
Job Summary: The
Manager will be expected to take a lead role in strategic human resource
planning and development, coordinate all recruitment and selection
activities.
In addition the Manager will
manage the Human Resource Planning and Complement Control.
Required qualifications,
attributes and experience
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Human Resource Management
- Higher Diploma
in Human Resource Management
- At least four
(4) years’ experience in Human Resource Management practice in a similar
capacity of talent sourcing
- Working
knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relation procedures
- Current and
valid Membership of the Institute of Human Resources Management
- Experience
working with a HRIMS will be an added advantage
Manager, Compensation and
Benefits
Job Summary: The
Manager, Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for the interpretation
and implementation of remuneration and benefit strategies and best practices to
ensure the fair and equitable remuneration of employees.
In addition, the job will
ensure smooth HR budgeting and preparation of annual forward budget.
Other major roles include
administration and implementation of HR information systems and implementation
of the Job evaluation reports
Required qualifications,
attributes and experience
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resource Management
- Higher Diploma
in Human Resource Management
- Holders of CPS
(K) will have an added advantage
- At least five
(5) years’ experience in Human Resource practice with special focus in
remuneration, salary surveys and job evaluation
- Current and
valid membership of the Institute of Human Resources Management
- Good
analytical skills, sound business and financial acumen
- Excellent
project management and report writing skills
- Experience
working with a HRIMS will be an added advantage
