Tenders Assistant Job in Kenya

Our client is looking to hire Tenders Assistant to join their growing team

The successful candidate should be able to perform the duties below to fill the vacancy.
  • Administration of client contracts and contract pricing in collaboration with the project team.
  • Ensuring contract obligations are acted upon in a timely manner in collaboration with the team.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external team
  • As the contracts and tenders assistant, you will be measured on your ability to accurately coordinate timely tenders, client contracts and contract pricing

Education level
  • Diploma/Degree
  • Candidate description -2 years’ experience in similar work
  • Sound experience in the preparation and administration of tender documents -Experience in writing and designing winning tenders will be highly desirable
  • Previous experience managing contracts and contract negotiation
  • Excellent organization skills, problem solving, reporting and communication skills
  • Team player.
