Project Manager
Responsibilities
·         Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
·         Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
·         Ensuring resource availability and allocation

·         Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
·         Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
·         Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (2 years plus) to manage organization of key client projects.
Project Manager Job Duties
·         Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
·         Project manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
·         Project manager should be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams.
Responsibilities
·         Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
·         Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
·         Ensure resource availability and allocation
·         Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
·         Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
·         Training – this person could participate in Train the Trainers sessions then take care of training as new trainers come on board
·         Fieldwork – should be available to travel from time to time and be hand-on involved in various fieldwork engagements
·         Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
·         Report and escalate to management as needed
·         Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
·         Perform risk management to minimize project risks
·         Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
·         Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements and skill set:
·         Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Inventory Control
·         Great educational background, preferably in the fields of project management or related courses.
·         Proven working experience as a project administrator, implementer and extensive fieldwork experience
·         Hands-on experience in key account management
·         Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
