The
Hospital is seeking to recruit committed, self-driven individuals to grow
careers and support the Hospital’s objective of providing quality, timely and
Holistic Health Care to our Patients.
1. INVENTORY MANAGER:
The
Manager will be required to realign and organize warehouse operations to
enhance stock traceability, optimization, order picking and timely customer
service.
o Facilitate and maintain a conducive physical condition of
warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts in line with Business
needs
o Retain best practice in receiving, warehousing, and
distribution operations and continuously update operational/ policies and
procedures.
o Comply with statutory warehousing and material handling
requirements and advise management on needed actions.
o Apply critical thinking to realize revolutionary ideas on
physical condition of warehouse and design layouts.
o Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage
system. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, Expiry
Management and Dead stock report etc.)
o Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and
security
o Achieves financial objectives through optimal stocking;
analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
o Ensure stock is adequate for the Main hospital and the six
Medical Centres and covering all customer demands
o Control inventory levels by periodically conducting spot
check counts and reconciling with the operational ERP system
o Apply proper inspecting procedures with focus on shelf
life, quality and packaging.
o Maintain warehouse staff output by training, coaching,
monitoring, and appraising job results that promote timely and high quality
medical services
Skills and Requirements:
o A bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply, logistics,
Commerce, Management or similar discipline. A Master’s degree will be an added
advantage.
o A professional Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics (CIPS,
Supplies Management, Procurement)
o At least 5 years’ experience in Inventory and Supplies
Management.
o Hands on experience with warehouse management software and
databases.
o Excellent logistical skills that track movement of
supplies from the supplier- to warehouse-to user departments while managing
shelf life.
2. Waiter/Waitress:
o Advanced Certificate in Food & Beverage, sales and
service.
o I year experience in a busy establishment.
o Competencies – courteous, tactful, good listener,
friendly, polite and be able to develop a rapport with customers.
3. Stewards:
o At least 1 year experience in a busy 5 star setting.
o Competencies – responsible, team player, reliable
and able to work under pressure
4. Chefs:
o Diploma in food production
o 2 year experience preferably in busy environment.
o HACCP qualification will be an added advantage
o Competencies – commitment to quality, quick in
decision making, team player, attention to detail, creativity, passion
and sense of business.
