ICT Officer
 
The ideal candidate shall be responsible for ensuring that ICT systems, equipment and other peripherals are in good working condition and that ICT user departments get the necessary support they need to execute their duties.

Particular Responsibilities Include:
  • Configuring of Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
  • Developing and updating application systems;
  • Carrying out system analysis, design and program specifications in liaison with users;
  • Plan, implement and upgrade security measures and controls
  • Establish plans and protocols to protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction
  • Maintain data and monitor security access
  • Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
  • Manage network, intrusion detection and prevention systems
  • Analyze security breaches to determine their root cause
  • Conduct internal and external security audits
  • Overseeing the process of configuration of the information communication technology equipment and associated peripherals;
  • Maintaining of computer and telecommunications systems;
  • Performing system administration, network support and installation;
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance of ICT equipment and associated peripherals;
  • Drawing up hardware specifications for ICT equipment;
  • Verifying, validating and certifying of ICT equipment; and
  • Performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
  • Certifications in A+, MCSE, N+ or CCNA;
  • At least three (3) years working experience in a comparable position.
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of computer applications like Outlook, Micros System, Opera Fidelio.
  • Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills;
  • High degree of integrity and dependability;
  • Proven ability to motivate and supervise other staff
Facility Manager
 
To manage services and processes that support the core business of the Club by ensuring the organization has the most conducive and suitable working environment for its members and employees in carrying out their activities.

Particular Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage the following maintenance services at the various Sites: Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical services.
  • Assess the current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment and create a schedule of regular evaluation of the facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the buildings
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
  • Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly and create monitoring systems or programs to detect problems as early as possible.
  • Develop & implement a work plans for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure the safety of the building or establishment from fire, flood and other hazards through initiating an active campaign on safety measures in the building.
  • Prepare & maintain pertinent records and reports for the safety service division of the company.
  • In liaison with the HR department, recruiting facilities service staff and training them appropriately to ensure competent work output.
  • Evaluate the work quality of the staff and other subordinates.
  • Participate in preparing the budget so that the facilities maintenance gets adequate funds for its operation.
  • Educate the workers of the establishment on the proper use and care of its equipment and other facilities.
  • Perform any other duty as maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering, land economics or related field from a recognized institution and a diploma in business management
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a recognized institution
  • Track record of achievements in previous engagements

Stores Supervisor
 
The ideal candidate shall be responsible  with general planning of the Stores Section operations as to achieve set productivity and efficiency levels, to ensure that all Production Sections are issued with the correct items/materials, in the correct quantities and of the correct qualities as well as keeping proper inventory records and maintaining the Production Stores. 

Supervision of the employees within Stores Section.
 
Particular Responsibilities Include:
  • Receive and inspect materials upon receipt to ensure only materials that meet the Club’s specifications and the legal requirement are accepted.
  • Manage par stocks levels to ensure there are no shortages
  • Keep a track of slow moving items and liaise with user departments
  • Keep a daily record of stock movements.
  • Ensure proper storage procedures are followed at all times.
  • Liaise with the procurement department on order placement
  • Ensure that the received materials/ goods are properly arranged in their allocated areas and properly marked/ labelled.
  • Properly segregate food materials and non-food materials.
  • Ensure that the materials received are properly matched with their respective L.P.O, pack list or delivery notes.
  • Keep and properly updated inventory records.
  • Establish the right stock levels for all the materials to avoid overstocking or under stocking.
  • Ensure that FIFO is in use at all times in the Stores.
  • Ensure availability of materials for in the production.
  • Ensure that rejects are properly dealt with as per the company policy.
  • Communicate any expected stock out early to the relevant departments to avoid production interference.
  • Isolate of all expired products, clearly labelling them as obsolete.
  • Liaise with the purchasing department to ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Perform any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Possess good supervisory skills
  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies from a recognized institution.
  • 3 yrs experience in stock control and management in busy organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computerized stock management.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and highest level of integrity.
  • Good Knowledge of methods and practices used in commodity storage, maintenance and issuing
  • Ability to maintain systematic stores records and inventories
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal skills
