Summary: The Business Development Head will play a vital role in planning and delivering new Records & Document Management Services clients through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of SoftAge Adept International Ltd.
Summary: The Business Development Head will play a vital role in planning and delivering new Records & Document Management Services clients through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of SoftAge Adept International Ltd.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the
overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the
organization maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability.
- Liaise with
executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and
operational plans.
- Develop, review
and report on the business development divison’s strategy, ensuring the
strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
- Impact the
profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical
management decisions and new business development results.
- Develop and
lead the business development team in sourcing, managing and implementing
new business opportunities.
- Ensure
efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning
through the marketing department.
- Maintain and
develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its market and
with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory/official
bodies.
- Build and lead
an effective and cohesive management team.

- MBA with
specialization in Marketing (not compulsory if work experience shows
adequate marketing experience),
- Approximately
8-9 years of experience in multifarious domains like Operations, sales and
marketing, business setup and implementation (added advantage if
experience in Records Management service/product or in a technology-based
field),
- Experience in
conducting market research activities,
- Basic knowledge
of key sectors like telecom, IT, Banking, Insurance, Government, Manufacturing
- Extensive
experience of developing and delivering on marketing strategies to meet
company objectives
