to recruit an Education Business Support Administrator.
Overall
Purpose of the role is to: To
enhance learning and education experience in Kenya within assigned educational
institutions through training and selling of educational services and software
suites.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Degree
in Information Technology;
- Must
have 3 years of work experience in education support;
- Experience
in conducting education research and documentation;
- Knowledge
in project life cycle and project management tools will be an added
advantage,
Job
Specification - Education Business Support & Development
- Ability
to support the education business through pre-sales, sales, marketing,
initial market knowledge, identification and evaluation of new business
opportunities;
- Proper
implementation and sales of specific part of programs related to the
Education business;
- Implementation
of a well-coordinated marketing plan;
- Effecting
planning and organizing of training classes, delivery of material,
issuance of certificates and formulation of training expenditure
consumption;
- Support
and drive sales activities in the channel space and ensuring team
awareness;
- Maintenance
of all Education records;
- Ensures
a proper availability of delivery capabilities and resources and advice on
future capacity planning;
- Liaise
with EG hardware, TS Sales and C&L fostering the Education Services
knowledge, promoting and supporting the sales of this business;
- Management
and record keeping of client contracts and documentation;
- Billing
instructions with finance on payments accumulated periodically and
tracking of suppliers invoices and payments;
- Ensuring
procurement of Education tools meet the company standards;
- Ensuring
month end closing activities are up to date such as accruals, corrections
and control;
- Proactive
selection process in relation to redemption, compliance and billing;
- Management
of exam vouchers;
