in the Medical schemes Management
- Claims
processing
- Processing
staff loans, claims and advances
- Ensure
implementation of the USL HR Policy & Procedures manual. This entails
providing employees and line management with highlights on matters arising
thereof
- Assisting
in the recruitment process
- Registration
of new employees and assisting on the on-boarding & induction program
- Administration
of staff training plans and assistance in training programmes
- General
administrative duties
- Assistance
in the disciplinary and separation processes with guidance from HR
Management
- Manage
external HR parties and service providers
Qualifications

- Human
Resources related higher diploma/degree qualification
- Proficient
computer user skills
- Problem
solving and analytical skills
