Greenlight is rapidly launching its “pay as you go” business model through
large distribution partners around the world, including leading MFIs, mobile
network operators and commercial retail distributors.
Part
business strategist, product leader and accounts manager, your job is to
ensure Greenlight’s successful “pay as you go” in-house business model -
encompassing product, pricing, field operations, customer service, credit
management, backend operations and information systems - can be adapted well to
suit incoming partners’ organizations.
The Relationship Manager will support the partner’s executive teams to make key strategic decisions, guides implementation with multiple stakeholders in the partner’s organization and supports the partner’s leadership with on-going problem-solving and guidance to reduce the learning curve and ensure the partner can reach successful sales, customer and repayment results as quickly as possible.

Does
this sound like you?
- 4+
years’ experience in relevant areas such as relationship management, sales
operations and product management
- Experience
across consumer durables, microfinance, consumer banking or enterprise
technology businesses
- Proven
track record of setting, meeting and validating revenue targets
- Ability
to develop and implement an initiative in an own self-directed way
- Strong
project management skills, and an effective visual and written
communicator comfortable
- Experience
in customer care across rural areas
- Comfortable
traveling 15+ days each month
Responsibilities
- Work
closely with incoming partners to understand their organization and
develop business models and execution plans
- Serve
as the main implementation point of contact in pre-sales conversations
providing execution insight and guidance
- Once
a partner is ready to implement “pay as you go”, work directly with
stakeholders across their organization to finalize implementation details
and schedules.
- Work
with partner’s management to gain buy-in for plans and solve pre-launch
execution issues.
- Set
implementation schedules and review them frequently with partners, helping
to mitigate implementation delays to ensure on-time launch
- During
post-launch, conduct routine reviews with partner’s leadership team to
review progress on sales and operational results, ensuring partners are
able to meet sales, customer and repayment objectives.
- Proactively
identify execution issues and work with partner’s teams to overcome
them.
- Provide
on-going support to help partners improve their “pay as you go” business profitability
and efficiency, including introducing best practices, new products and new
procedures
