Receptionist Job Company in Nairobi

Our client, a Branding and Printing Company in Nairobi seeks to hire a Receptionist 
  • Manage Director’s diaries
  • Manage the cleanliness of the office at all times
  • Welcome and receive visitors and clients
  • Facilitate meetings for the team and confirm appointments
  • Provide administrative and other secretarial duties e.g. filing, drafting letters
  • Always ensure that the front-office desk is attended to at all times
  • Manage daily office operations  
Education and Experience

  • KCSE Certificate with a minimum of C in English
  • Excellent and proven typing skills -Secretarial qualifications are an added advantage
  • At least 1-2 years continuous work experience in front office management
  • Practical working knowledge of MS-Office (Word & Spreadsheets, Internet ,E-mail)
