client, a Branding and Printing Company in Nairobi seeks to hire a Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Manage
Director’s diaries
- Manage
the cleanliness of the office at all times
- Welcome
and receive visitors and clients
- Facilitate
meetings for the team and confirm appointments
- Provide
administrative and other secretarial duties e.g. filing, drafting letters
- Always
ensure that the front-office desk is attended to at all times
- Manage
daily office operations
Education
and Experience
- KCSE
Certificate with a minimum of C in English
- Excellent
and proven typing skills -Secretarial qualifications are an added
advantage
- At
least 1-2 years continuous work experience in front office management
- Practical
working knowledge of MS-Office (Word & Spreadsheets, Internet ,E-mail)
