Job Responsibilities:
- Problem
solving.
- Excellent
in feasibility study preparations including cash flow projections and
market research.
- Planning
and monitoring of projects to ensure that projects specifications and
quality standards, project timelines, budgets and profitability
projections, are met.
- He/she
will be for the management of the site offices for the different projects
and will oversee all the construction related resources and staff members.
- Continuous
value engineering
- Development
team coordination of consultants and contractors
- Monitor
project progress including schedule and budget variance, and manage teams
to deliver projects to budget, schedule and quality
- Coordinating
every phase of development and any additional project management
activities as required.
Job
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Construction Management.
- Thorough
understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and
approval process
- Experienced
in managing at least one project of 100 million contract value.
- Highly
organized, detail-driven.
- Highly
proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Project.
- Knowledge
of PRINCE II methodology, JBC contracts and PMBoK will be an added
advantage
