Stores Assistant Job in Kenya

Our Client is in the Fashion industry currently recruiting a Stores Assistant

Functions:
  • Receiving stock
  • Physical count of stock
  • Monitoring stock movement
  • Bar coding of received stock
  • Using inventory management system to monitor stock
  • Writing of weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintaining store order
  • Doing inventory sales analysis
  • Participate at regular meetings and report any unusual events or problems to directors

Reporting: Reports directly to finance manager

Qualifications
  • A diploma / degree in procurement or a minimum of two-three years of related experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a MUST.
  • Experience in using procurement ERP systems.
Basic salary of Kshs.30,000
