Account Assistant Executive (Receivables)
 
Job Overview: The role is responsible for securing outstanding payments and posting invoices.
 
Responsibilities

  • Historic debt collection
  • Customer relations management
  • Invoice posting
  • Account balance reconciliation
  • Preparation of monthly statements
  • Preparation of various reports e.g. debtors list

Requirements
  • CPA Level 1/ ACCA level 1 / B.Com Finance
  • Minimum 3 years general accounting experience (focus on accounts receivables preferred)
  • Possess effective communication and problem solving ability
  • Proficient in use of QuickBooks and MS Office applications
  • Ability to confidently interact with client representatives at all levels
