The job holder is also the custodian
of all contracts and client documents of title at SBU level and is the first
line of reference for all FAQ’s.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinates all SBU communications
- Deals with incoming customer enquiries and
directs them to relevant staff for assistance
- Custodian of all SBU records such as client
agreements and property titles
- Coordinates staff travel and SBU logistics
- Custodians of SBU stationery and manages
inventory
- Ensures safe custody and maintenance of SBU
Fixed assets in liaison with Group Admin office
- Coordinates meetings and ensures meetings are
well served with necessary meetings requirements
- Assists clients to fill required office
documents like booking forms, agreements and transfer documents
- Update Kisima Portal daily according to the
products on offer
- Maintains a daily log of SBU enquiries and
client traffic
