Intern Job in Kenya - Sales

For this job, you must be a highly perseverant person who enjoys liaising directly with clients, placing individuals into jobs, and thinking of creative solutions to screen candidates.

The team at DUMA Works includes 11 full-time employees: CEO, CTO, 4 product developers, a sales team, and a client success team.

We work within a mutually supportive, casual environment that still supports hard work, challenges, and personal and professional growth.
 
Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation & Business Development
  • Engaging and securing new clients for Duma Works
  • Build strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Some experience with sales/working with a team
  • Very strong closer
  • Experience of systematic sales to preferably to SMEs and startups
  • Proven product & solution sales
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Strong organizational and admin skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Smart, creative and innovative
  • Honest, strong work ethics and integrity
  • Self-disciplined, able to work within deadlines
  • Well-organized; can multi-task
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Sense of humor
