Front Office Administrator Job in Kenya

Vacancy: Front Office Administrator
We seek to recruit a smart and very presentable individual to manage our front office. 

The ideal candidate will manage all front office services and should have very good communication skills. 

They should be confident, presentable and be able to easily engage comfortably with staff and visitors at all levels.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Screen and direct calls
  • Receive and deliver messages as necessary
  • provide information to callers
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and project a mature, warm and  friendly image direct visitors as necessary
  • Manage queries from visitors to the office
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Receive and sort mail and other deliveries
  • Schedule appointments for management and maintain appointment diary
  • Responsible for conference and meeting room bookings
  • Oversight for inventory relevant to reception area
Education, Skills and Experience
  • Diploma in front office operations
  • Have good administrative skills
  • Possess good IT skills
  • Have advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Have smart grooming and professional personal presentation
  • Good people and relational skills
  • Have customer service orientation
  • Be attentive and have a high tolerance for stress
