Shirika Sacco Society Ltd, which is a countrywide Sacco with a membership of about 5000 members wishes to fill the following vacant positions:-

1. Internal Auditor
·                     First degree in a business related field
·                     CPA(K)
·                     Age 35 years and above
·                     Computer literate
·                     Experience – 4 years in audit position
·                     Certificate of good conduct.
·                     Ensure proper internal control systems are put in place
·                     Ensure adherence to Sacco policies and procedures
·                     Review of internal controls including internal / external audit recommendations
·                     Ensure proper accounting standards are implemented.
·                     Co-ordinate internal and external audit function
·                     Make periodic reports to the audit committee
·                     Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
2. FOSA Manager
·                     1st degree in business related field (finance option)
·                     CPA(K)
·                     Computer literate- Accounting package
·                     Age 35 years and above
·                     Experience – 4 years in Fosa related field
·                     In charge of Sacco Front Office Operations.
·                     Execute SHIFOSA decisions made by the Board
·                     Ensure daily and periodic preparation of Fosa operations report
·                     Ensure proper security measures are put in place and adhered to.
·                     Prepare and implement plans for services to members
·                     Report immediately in writing any irregularities in Front Office operations
·                     Supervise all transactions and ensure sufficient cash flows
·                     Ensure proper reconciliation of all payments to members
·                     Avail professional information on SHIFOSA matters to the Board.
·                     Any other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.
3. Records Manager
·                     Higher Diploma in Archive and Records Management
·                     Experience – 2 years in Record Management
·                     Age – 25 years and above
·                     Administer record management policies
·                     Storing, arranging, indexing and classifying records
·                     Devising and ensuring the implementation of retention and disposal schedule
·                     Overseeing the management of electronic and paper based information.
·                     Enabling appropriate access to information
·                     Custodian of all members and staff files.
4. Marketing Executive
·                     Diploma in Marketing
·                     Computer literacy
·                     Promotion of the Society products and services
·                     Product research and advise the Chief Executive Officer on product development
·                     Publicity of the Sacco
·                     Incharge of the Society Public relations
·                     Incharge of Corporate Social responsibility
·                     Prepare periodic marketing reports to the Chief Executive Officer
·                     Conduct member education and training
·                     Member recruitment and retention
·                     Any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
·                     1 year renewable contract.
5. Loan Clerks 

(2 Positions)
·                     Certificate in Co-operative Management or its equivalent
·                     Age – 25 and above
·                     Computer literacy
·                     Ensure proper maintenance of loans register
·                     Monitor and reconcile loan recoveries and other deductions
·                     Raise data sheets for monthly deductions
·                     Review and update files
·                     Any other duties assigned by the Loans Manager.
6. Accounts Clerks 

(2 Positions)
·                     KATC Final level
·                     Certificate in a business related field
·                     Computer packages
·                     Age – 25 years and above
·                     Ensure daily updates of members’ personal accounts
·                     Ensure timely preparation of periodical members statements and reports.
·                     Ensure timely preparation of the trial balances
·                     Posting of members transactions
·                     Any other duties assigned by the Accountant.
