Established in 2006, we avail our
services through the administration of career assessments, training of teachers
and holiday based programs.
Position Function: Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, this position is responsible for assisting in administrative and human resource responsibilities.
It exists to provide support in
achieving service delivery goals.
We seek an intelligent, presentable
and very well spoken Human Resource Intern.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and
interpretation of Career Tests.
- Develop a corporate HR policy manual.
- Develop and update training materials.
- Evaluate facilitator performance and the
effectiveness of training programs providing recommendations for
improvement.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training
programs or modify and improve existing programs
- Review existing training manuals and develop
new ones as required.
- Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical
training and personal development for staff members.
- Develop and update job description for all
internal positions, and maintain all personnel records such as personnel
files, contracts, attendance records, leave records etc.
- Prepare accurate monthly reports on key tasks
performed within various HR functions performed.
Academic/Professional Qualifications
- Must possess a Higher National Diploma in
Human Resource Management.
- Some experience in a high performing
commercial enterprise in the service industry will be an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite of
Packages
- Must have accuracy and keen attention to
detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- A team player with the ability to establish
understanding and rapport with colleagues across the entire organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
