Restaurant Manager
- Diploma and/or Degree in Hotel
Management
- Experience in Resort F&B Cost Controls
- Thorough knowledge of Micros
- Knowledge of a foreign language.
Executive Housekeeper
- Diploma and/or Degree in Hotel
Management
- Experience in all aspect of Housekeeping
operations
- Thorough knowledge of Fidelio
- Strong management and administration skills
- Experience in stock management and cost
controls.
Chief Accountant
- Degree in Finance or Commerce
- CPA (K) or ACCA
- Financial Management Experience
- Strong understanding of Sun, Fidelio,
Materials Control & Micros.
Procurement Manager
- Diploma and or Degree Purchasing
- Experience in stores and purchasing procedures
for hotels
- Strong understanding of Sun, Materials Control
& Micros.
Maintenance Manager
- Good general knowledge of electrical,
mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration (HVAC) as well as experience with
hotel water plants.
Human Resources Coordinator
- Diploma and or Degree in Human Resources
Management
- Experience in hospitality Human Resource
administration
- Strong Administration and training skills.
For All Positions
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a leadership
position
- Previous hotel experience in the region and or
international experience.
- Team players & team leaders with a knack
for motivating & training staff.
- Individuals of high integrity, creative
thinkers & problem solvers.
- Able to work independently & efficiently
in achieving company goals and objectives.
