Reporting to: Retail store manager
Job Description

  • Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs
  • maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry and monitoring what local competitors are doing
  • Receiving inventory from supplier
  • Handling cash - making change
  • Determining customers’ needs
  • Having a keen awareness of product knowledge
  • Having knowledge of in store merchandising
  • Keeping the store tidy and clean, including counters and seating areas
  • monitoring and updating the stores online platform
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Dealing with sale of products as and when required
