Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics,
Finance or related field.
- CPA / ACCA / CFA
- Relevant Microsoft packages and statistical
software packages.
- At least I year experience in a risk and
compliance environment or related field.
- Results driver - takes the initiative to set
and achieve challenging work goals, focuses one’s time and energy to maintain
high work standards.
- Strong analytical skills
- Change agent – identify opportunities and
initiate action.
- Continuous learner - uses work challenges as

Customer Relationship Intern
Role: To support all sales and customer service
initiatives to grow business and offer excellent customer service.
Job Description
- Attending to customer queries through
walk-ins, telephone and email.
- Carrying out market intelligence for business
opportunities from the print media.
- Follow up on all documentations required for a
complete business proposal efficiently and expeditiously to ensure that
potential new business opportunities are not lost to competitors.
- Monitor relationships on a day to day basis to
ensure good customer service on the maintenance of SLA.
- In liaison with the Business Development
Officer prepare a calling program for the targeted Institution/s. Market
the corporations’ products to potential investors, entrepreneurs and
institutions.
- Compiling, analyzing, interpreting and
preparing reports on contacts made, business opportunities identified and
business realized.
- Support implementation of all customer service
initiatives
Job Requirements
- A degree or diploma in business related field
with a bias in sales and marketing
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in
Customer/Account Relationship
- Experience in financial institution will be an
added advantage

Skills required:
- Leadership, negotiation, presentation skills,

Computer Skills: High level of computer literacy. Adept in use
of Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel & Power-point.
Contract Type: Successful candidates will serve for a period of
(6) six months with the possibility of consideration for a longer term
engagement dependent on performance.
