to pressing infrastructure, power generation and telecommunication needs in
Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
Our Client
is looking for an energetic, self-driven, intelligent and experienced Corporate and
Project Finance Analyst reporting to Finance Manager
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for the various projects.
- Prepare business valuations for target acquisitions / disposals.
- Perform analysis and evaluation of acquisition targets
- Conduct industry and market research and assist in business development efforts.
- Assist in preparation of documentation for internal processes.
- Assist in preparation and completion of investment proposals.
- Provide support to operating companies
Minimum Requirements
- A university degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration
- CPA or ACCA qualified
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in private sector or consultancy
- A Postgraduate qualification in Finance, MBA or CFA would be an added advantage.
- Computer literate
- Good commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
