Vacancy: Customer Service Representative

SKF Kenya Limited was incorporated in 1973 and supplies bearings, seals, power transmission, mechatronics, centralized lubrication systems and machinery reliability improvement services such as technical support, maintenance services, vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, infrared thermography, laser alignment and technical training.

Customer Service Representative

The position is part of the sales team and supports the Customer Service Manager, in reaching sales targets.

Qualification / Experience / Skills
  • Minimum of a Diploma in IT/Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, especially MS Office
  • Professional and demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues/complaints.
  • Team player, Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain, develop, customer relationships to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Manage the order handling process, leads, opportunities and enquiries follow-up
  • Debt collection and adhere to credit time targets
  • Identify new customers
