The Motovac
Group was established in 1985 in Botswana and is now a large multinational
group of companies with presence in over 6 countries worldwide.
It has
interests in trading of automotive spare parts, manufacturing of HDPE, PVC and
Roto-moulded products, manufacturing and trading of pharmaceuticals and
homeopathics.
The Group
is expanding rapidly into other countries and is further diversifying its
business into various industries.
The ideal
Motovac Team Member will be able to work in a fast paced environment, remaining

We are
recruiting for the following position:
Branch Managers (Namibia
and Botswana)
This
management position will oversee a Motovac Branch.
The manager
will be responsible for 15-50 employees, depending on the branch size.
Responsibilities
include technical management of automotive spare parts sales and personnel
management, customer interaction, growth of business, including growth in
sales, ordering and receiving of goods, stock management, monthly reporting and
other such activities.
The ideal
candidate will have a technical degree in an automotive field and hands-on
experience of 5+ years.
Candidates
should also have management experience of 3+ years.
All
candidates must be self-driven with a strong desire for professional growth.
