Associate Consultant-
Customer Service
Key
objectives will be achieving / improving / exceeding targeted customer service
levels.
Job Profile
KPIs the role holder
needs to deliver:-
- Designing and implementing customer service programmes for BPC Africa clientele
- Carrying out research and analyzing customer service trends in the market
- Investigating and solving clients’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the client’s organization is providing;
- Writing reports and analyzing the customer service that the client’s organization provides;
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for the client’s organization;
- Meeting with other stakeholders to discuss possible improvements to customer service;
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;
Preferred Functional Skills: Strong analytical, planning and
organizational skills, Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral
& written)
Academic & Professional
qualifications, Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- MBA degree an added advantage
- 3-5 years Customer Service consultancy experience
