Job Description
The Sales and letting
executives will be responsible and accountable for closing property sales and
rentals with customers from Kenya and Diaspora.
The Sales and
letting executives will be tasked with:
- Generating leads by establishing a network and execution of the marketing strategy.
- Following up the leads generated and closing sales & rentals.
- Setting the company’s sales strategy.
- Giving input on the marketing, communications and PR strategy.
- Attending Sales and Marketing meetings and be involved in the preparation of periodic marketing and sales plans, reports and budgets.
- Managing the relationships with customer segments they work with.

Desired Skills
& Experience & Personal Attributes:
- A degree in real estate, marketing or related discipline.
- Senior sales professional with a minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales & letting of residential homes and commercials in Nairobi.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional outlook and ability to network & integrate comfortably with different cultures and nationalities.
- Strong sales mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Affinity with marketing, communications and PR.
- Self driven and capable of working under minimum supervision.
- A high degree of strategic and technical aptitude.
