We are seeking to recruit a results-oriented and proactive team player to fill the position of Safety, Health & Environmental Management Officer Position.
The main purpose of the job is to Develop, Monitor and co-ordinate all Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures & activities so as to ensure compliance with all relevant legal, Quality Management System and company requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

The main purpose of the job is to Develop, Monitor and co-ordinate all Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures & activities so as to ensure compliance with all relevant legal, Quality Management System and company requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively
identify emerging issues in Safety, Health and environment Management
system.
- Continuously
develop, implement and review safety, health and environment Standards,
procedures & Policies
- Identify health,
safety and environmental hazards, investigate root causes and identify
corrective and preventative action, and report to the management.
- Provide training
instructions and workshops to all employees on safety, health and
environment, with emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Maintain
database of all safety, Health & Environmental incidences and
accidents.
- Conducting
inspections and audits including monitoring and tracking of all Kinetic
Controls Quality Management issues
- Any other duties
that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Required
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma
in Environmental Science/ Environmental Studies/ Environmental Management/
Environmental Planning.
- Diploma in
Occupational Safety and Health will be added advantage: / NEMA
Certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Three
(3) years progressive work experience, two (2) of which should be in the
same position.
- Very Strong
ANALYTICAL and CREATIVITY skills
- Team player with
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior
interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a
cooperative attitude.
- Proficient in
written communications.
- The ability to
work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to
learn and collaborate with others.
- Strong
communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
