Our
client is an automobile manufacturing firm that is seeking to hire a Parts Sales Executives.
The
main focus of this position is to train the Clients’ dealers in parts
management and sales thus growing business.
The Parts Sales Executives shall report to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Field sales of
Spare parts
- Maintaining
client relationship with the dealers
- Training the
Dealers in parts management and sales
- Advising dealers
on competitor trends
Required
Qualifications
- Minimum of a
diploma in stock control and inventory and overall knowledge of parts
business
- Should have
selling skills, those with experience in sales have a higher advantage
- 3 years
experience working in the automobile industry
- Must have
experience in the automotive Industry
- Good knowledge
of the parts business
- Ability to use
MS Office well
- Ability to
troubleshoot
- Good
communication skills
- Positive
attitude
- Should have a
positive attitude
- Should have good
Supervisory and Organizational skills
- Should be able
to train
- Should have a
clear understanding of dealership
- Proven track
record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Understanding of
market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and
opportunities
- Suitable
candidate should be of unquestionable integrity
- They should also
be dynamic and a team player
