My client is looking to hire
HR Officer
Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in large corporate of over 100 employees
Ability to create manuals & policies related to HR
Ability to advise on policies to motivate staff
Ability to train & counsel workers
Ability to deal with Staff complaints
Ability to prepare Roles & Responsibilities
Ability to monitor staff attendance in Time Clock
Ability to maintain personnel files
Working Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of compliance in HR to ISO standards an advantage
Knowledge of new Labour Laws 2007
Knowledge of Health Safety rules and compliance in Workplace
Ability to create Excel tables with formulas
Ready to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Ready to work extra hours depending on work
Meticulous & Team Worker
Aged between 25 – 35 years preferably
Minimum Monthly Gross Salary negotiable depending on work experience
