MEPS Communication Specialist
IBTCI seeks a Communication Specialist to play a central role in the day-to-day communication needs of the Monitoring & Evaluation Program for Somalia (MEPS).
May also support capacity-building of monitors, quality control of reports and database, website, making communication always accessible/“user-friendly”, reliable and effective.
The position requires:
- Somali speaker
& Kenyan citizenship
- Very strong
written English language skills
- Demonstrated
filming and editing skills
- University
degree and very strong IT skills
Desirable
but not required
- Local knowledge
of Somalia and/or experience working in Somalia
- Journalism,
report-writing and multi-media experience
- Experience
working in a similar program, focused exclusively on M&E
