20 Radio Control Call Centre Agents urgently required
Do
you have a clear accent and outstanding phone etiquette with flexibility to
work on shift basis?
You
will be responsible for:
- Responding to
all calls made by clients and dispatching technical personnel in a timely
manner to customers’ requests on security related issues
- Serving as a
link between the technical team and the customers by providing support
over the phone
- Coordinating activities
between different personnel to provide prompt response to an emergency
situation
- Informing
clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing
information
- Handling all
incoming phone calls for the security related issues at the customers’
sites
Skills
and competencies
- At least a
Diploma in Communications, Public relations or any related field
- A minimum 1 year
experience in call centre/control room
- Must have a rich
clear English accent
- Outstanding
phone etiquette
- Highly flexible
to work on shift basis
- Should have
energy and positive attitude
- Knowledge of
radio language is an added advantage
