for 39 years, primarily involved in Removals, Packing, Warehousing, Air and Sea
Export, Import Freight and Clearance, Travel and Tours, the company is looking
for a Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible
for achieving sales targets and growth
- Responsible
for ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Participate
in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
- Conduct
Marketplace intelligence and research
- Identify
and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry
- Promote
service offerings to customers and prospects
- Conduct
sales calls and visits
- Conduct
internal meetings or vendor meetings to formulate solutions
- Identify
and develop service and solution offerings
- Develop
pricing and business models based on customer needs
- Preparation
and submission of proposals to customers
- Prepare
and conduct corporate presentations and sales meeting
- Deal
with and overcome objections raised by customers
- Respond
and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests
- Provide
timely and accurate information on industry or customers’ intelligence
- Collate
and submit sales reports and analysis
- Collate
and present performance to customers and/or management
- Develop
strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to
their queries
- Ensure
timely and accurate invoicing
- Discharge
all account management responsibilities
- Any
other duties as and when assigned by the superior
Person Specifications
- Diploma/Degree
in any field
- 3
years working experience in logistics or supply chain
- Good
understanding of logistics concepts
- Analytical
skills
- Good
presentation and communication skills (written/verbal)
- Commercially
astute (in order to understand the commercial implications)
- Customer-focused
(in order to meet the needs of each customer)
