Human Resource (HR) & Administration Manager
Minimum requirement and qualifications
·
At least a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or HR management
·
A postgraduate qualification in HR management from a recognized
institution
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management applications
·
Ability to develop and manage a commercial Training Centre and
Staffing Agency
·
Minimum 7 years relevant experience as HR Manager two of which
must be at senior level reporting to Business head.
·
Age between 35 and 45 years
·
Ability to supervise company security and administrative
functions
·
Be a team player with strong inter personal skill and good in
employee relations
·
Candidates who have worked in the transport industry and/or have
worked in a Staffing Bureau will have an added advantage.
Security Officer
Minimum requirement and qualifications
·
Diploma in Criminology or related course
·
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Corporate Security
·
Must have worked in Kenya police force
·
Must be able to investigate incidents
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·
Age: 40 - 50 years
·
Candidates with Safety and Disaster Management training or the
equivalent will have an added advantage
System Administrator
Minimum requirement and qualifications
·
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized
university
·
Ability to use / develop in-house Software
·
Knowledge of POS applications
·
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certificate
·
Cisco Certified Networks Association (CCNA) certificate
·
3 years System Administration experience in a busy Microsoft
environment
·
Experience in WAN administration
·
Candidates with ERP knowledge will have a definite advantage
Engineering Manager
Minimum requirement and qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in Auto-Motive /Mechanical Engineering
·
Minimum four years experience in a busy commercial workshop
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·
Knowledge of Spare Parts Sales
·
Ability to train and develop those below him/her
·
Age 30 - 45 years
Candidates with Fleet Management training will have an added
advantage
