Duties & Responsibilities- Handling
all HR function for the company.
- In
charge of employee relations e.g. dispute resolutions, staff welfare,
disciplinary matters
- Plan
and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide
administrative support to the Managing director.
- Handle
travel requirements and guest hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure
rules and procedures are in place regarding working hours, lunch and any
security communication.
- Spearhead
and coordinate team building activities within the organization.
- Ensuring
that the HR module in the ERP is up to date and running well.
- Prepare
HR & admin budgets and forecasts.
- Supervising
the administration team.eg cleaner/messenger
- Company
employee communication.
- Maintaining
employee records on both ERP & physical files.
- Record
and monitor administration expenses for the organization.
- Conducting
performance evaluations and appraisals in conjunction with the heads of
departments.
- Maintain
a KPI database for each employee and their respective departments.
- Responsible
for recruitment,selection& orientation process of the organization
plus any other staffing logistics.
- Ensuring
that office licences are in place including branches.ie city council,
music copy right, vehicle branding & outdoor advertising.
- Custodian
of the company documents.
- Planning
and organizing the management meetings in consultation with the managing
director. Maintaining correspondences for the same.
- Maintaining
the leave schedule.
- Overseeing
the office & compound cleanliness.
- Any
other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Must
hold a degree in Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- Must
hold a Higher National Diploma.
- Ladies
with Melancholic personalities are encouraged to apply.
- 3
years experience in the same field.
- Must
have a perfect knowledge of the labour laws
